Seven House è un graziosissimo appartamento nel cuore di Firenze a pochi metri dalla vivace piazza della Passera ed a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni del centro storico. L'appartamento si trova al terzo ed ultimo piano di un antico condominio, le scale sono impegnative e vi consigliamo quindi di non portare bagagli pesanti, ma la posizione è unica per visitare la città. L'appartamento ha una camera matrimoniale, un bel soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigo, fornelli, lavatrice ed un bagno privato. E' presente aria condizionata ed internet Wi-Fi.

+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
