Nel cuore dell'Oltrarno, un piccolo nido in cui rifugiarsi al riparo dalla confusione ma a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche. L'appartamento è dotato di A/C, WiFi, TV, microonde, piastre elettriche, frigo, bagno con doccia, ferro da stiro, phon, letto matrimoniale. Raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e 5 minuti da Ponte Vecchio.
La camera sul soppalco è accessibile tramite una stretta scala a chiocciola.
Di fronte allo stabile in cui si trova l'appartamento è presente un comodo supermarket.
+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
