Nanà è un comodo appartamento nel centro storico di Firenze, a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e dalla fermata della tramvia. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano con ascensore di un bel palazzo, ha una camera tripla, grande cucina con lavastoviglie, frigorifero e forno a microonde, un bel soggiorno, due grandi bagni, uno con vasca ed uno con doccia ed una grande terrazza abitabile. Vi aspettiamo per le vostre vacanze a Firenze!
+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
