La Cicogna è un elegante appartamento alle porte del centro storico di Firenze all'ultimo piano con ascensore in uno degli storici palazzi del famoso Architetto Poggi. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato è composto da una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno, un soggiorno in cui sono presenti due letti singoli stile futon, una piccola cucina ed un secondo bagno completo. L'immobile è dotato di aria condizionata e connessione wi-fi, è inoltre presente la lavatrice e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Vi aspettiamo per la vostra vacanza a Firenze!
+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
