Iside è un grazioso monolocale ben arredato e corredato di tutti i comfort. L'appartamento si trova a circa 200 metri dalla fermata della tramvia Novoli - Torre degli Agli, si trova al terzo piano di un piccolo condominio con ascensore ed è composto da una grande stanza con letto matrimoniale e cucina attrezzata, bagno con finestra e un terrazzino privato. La cucina è completa con lavastoviglie, bollitore, forno a microonde, Nespresso, forno, frigorifero. In bagno è presente la lavatrice. E' presente aria condizionata ed un'ottima connessione Wi-Fi. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
