Il Nido di Phili è un grazioso appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, a due passi da Piazza Santa Croce e dal Ponte Vecchio, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. L'appartamento è dotato di un letto matrimoniale francese su soppalco ed un letto singolo, avrete inoltre a vostra disposizione la cucina esclusiva, ben attrezzata, il bagno con doccia, ed un comodo resede privato dove passare un po' di tempo in relax. L'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice, aria condizionata, wifi, TV.

+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
