L'appartamento Camilla è situato nel quartiere di San Frediano, nella parte più autentica del centro storico fiorentino. Da qui potrete raggiungere a piedi i più interessanti punti di interesse di Firenze, e inoltre potrete godere di ristoranti, bar e vecchie botteghe artigiane. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un antico condominio, ha una cucina attrezzata ed un bagno completo con doccia e lavatrice. Ha un'ampia zona giorno ed un comodo letto matrimoniale su soppalco, presente un divano letto per una persona. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata. Vi aspettiamo per trascorrere le vostre vacanze a Firenze!
+ The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels).
+ At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
+ Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
