From July 1st: A few steps from the Arno river and Piazza San Niccolò, we offer for short terms, a particular two-room apartment of approximately 50 sqm, furnished and located on the ground floor of a beautiful noble palace with concierge service.
The apartment is composed as follows: entrance, living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with window and shower, closet. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer machine, dishwasher. Induction cooker therefore very low utility costs. Condominium expenses: 80.00 euros per month. Utilities excluded, to be paid separately.
It is not possible to take up residence. Only short-terms contracts of up to 18 months for workers with permanent employment contracts or students with parents as guarantors.
