he flat is very quiet even if it is in the historic heart of Florence. It is on the 4th floor of an ancient building close to the Duomo.
The housemates are 3 girls, all students.
In the flat there are in total four bedrooms; fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are shared.
The bedroom we are offering is about 15smq with a big window with a lot of light. In the room you'll find the bed, one table, chair, the cupboard with drawer and space for your supplies.
We ask a deposit for damages of 520euros;
GAS IS INCLUDED UP TO 20€ PER MONTH PER PERSON;
ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED UP TO 20€ PER MONTH PER PERSON.
Weekly cleaning of the common parts are included.
