ABOUT THE JOB

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Management

Establish and implement Action Plans, in agreement with the Store Manager, in order to develop sales for each product category and customer segment

Always maintain a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and improving measurable statistics that drive the company towards quantitative and qualitative targets

To support the Store Manager in managing the team to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement

Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures

Ensure implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a customer network for the shop

Team and Talent Management

Ensure, in agreement with the Store Manager, the development of motivation, sense of belonging and company involvement

Be able to influence and persuade team members towards desired results and apply conflict resolution techniques according to company policies and procedures

Customer Value and Service Proposition

Support the Store Manager in creating, modelling and managing a highly productive sales environment by providing consistent training and coaching and leading by example at all times

Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times

Brand Evangelization

Feel, teach and educate brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion sensitivity and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers

Oversee customer development by designing and supporting strategic initiatives that build the customer base and increase repeat business

Take responsibility for maintaining Patrizia Pepe style across all touch points including associate presentation, dress code, visual standards, maintenance and merchandising to create a fully branded environment.

Visual and Operational Execution

Maintain Patrizia Pepe standards of the neat, clean and organized sales floor, till and fitting room ensuring that the shop environment is safe for employees and customers

Support the Store Manager in conducting all visual directives ensuring that floor mapping and fitting is properly planned, scheduled and executed smoothly within the allotted time period

Support the Store Manager in overseeing the efficient and productive handling of all merchandise, including receiving and processing of shipping, floors and replenishment systems, maintaining stock procedures

Ensure the efficient operation of all shop operations and daily operating procedures

Ensure that shop audit compliance and shrinkage results meet company loss prevention standards

Consistently adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines.

WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU IF YOU HAVE:

Consolidated experience of at least 3 years in the job in structured contexts in the women's clothing sector or similar, characterised by assisted sales;

Strong orientation towards achieving objectives and strong problem-solving skills;

Competence in the management and planning of the various store activities, from staff turnover to the monitoring of performance indicators;

Great people management skills and good standard of numeracy;

Being resilient and able to adapt quickly to changing factors
